Our ever growing collection of cookbooks
Our Favorite Cookbooks
01 — Mastering the Art of French Cooking, Vol. 2
From a hard-to-find cookbook perspective, we found a first edition copy of Mastering the Arts of French Cooking, Vol. 2 by Julia Child in a local antique store.
02 — The Scarpetta Cookbook
From a cooking perspective, we want to make almost every recipe in this cookbook - it’s absolutely amazing!
03 — Modernist Cuisine
The detail and amazing-ness of the recipes in this series are truly next level and something to aspire to be able to do one day.
04 — Luncheons: A Cooks Picture Book
It was very serendipitous when we found this cookbook. The store we were trying to go to was closed, so we searched for antique stores nearby and found what is now our oldest cookbook - published in 1902.
05 — The Classic Cuisine of the Italian Jews
We love this cookbook so much for how unique it is - it’s the only one we’ve ever seen that focuses on Italian Jews and the recipes are amazing.
